Bayshore

Bayshore was by no means the largest house we have remodeled but it certainly was one of our most complex.
We tried to save as much of this house as we could but ultimately ended up rebuilding it from the inside out.

Hamptons

The Hamptons had great bones but it had been left vacant and unloved for years.

Kokomo Row

A beautiful spacious house a stones throw from the beach. We enjoyed remodelling this house and due to the location we held onto it for a couple of years and enjoyed the time by the beach.

Edgewater

Quirky is an understatement, this house was built by the previous owners and every room had new and unusual features such as sunken floors; 6 different levels in the master and a jack and jill shower to name a few.
