Like most houses, this property was not without its challenges and actually we faced more challenges than we usually do. So much so that we ended up rebuilding it completely from the ground up. We had hoped to save most of the house and rework the floorplan but at each step we had to remove and replace, so much so that it would have been more cost effective to tear it down……….but that’s hindsight.
